Both routes use the same quotation process and the same product range; the difference is in how we handle approvals, delivery and commercial terms.

Marketing, HR, internal communications and office teams use branded USB sticks and tech products for a small number of recurring jobs: equipping a conference or exhibition stand, welcoming new starters, thanking clients at the end of the year, supporting a product launch and distributing files that need to arrive intact and on brand. The product range on this page covers all of them, from high-volume conference handouts to individually boxed executive gifts.

Ordering is designed to survive corporate approval processes. We prepare a free visual mock-up of your chosen product with your artwork applied, so the design can be circulated internally before anything is manufactured, and we can send dummy samples of your chosen style from previous jobs where you need to see and hold the product first (these contain no working memory chip; a bespoke printed sample of a standard style is not available, though a custom-moulded shape can be sampled for a fee). We accept official purchase orders; 30-day credit accounts are available to education and public-sector buyers, and other orders are payable 50% with the order and 50% before despatch. If you have a like-for-like quotation from another supplier, we will match it under our price match guarantee, provided it is a written quotation for the same specification, quantity and lead time.

For deadline-driven events, selected styles are available on our express service, with logo printing and despatch in under 24 hours and larger quantities produced in under 48 hours. For Agencies Ordering on Behalf of Clients

Marketing, creative, brand and merchandise agencies have requirements that ordinary product pages ignore. You are managing your client’s budget, brand guidelines and deadline at the same time, and the supplier you choose reflects directly on you. We work with agencies on the following basis, and we would rather you asked us directly about any point below than assume it.

White-label support. Where you need proofs, mock-ups or documentation presented without USB Makers branding, we provide them on request. Just tell us when you request your quotation.
Neutral delivery. Orders can be delivered to you, or directly to your client, in neutral packaging with no supplier-identifying paperwork, at no extra charge.
Client confidentiality. Client relationships and campaign details are protected by the confidentiality provisions of our Terms and Conditions, and separate non-disclosure agreements are signed on request.
Credit terms. Payment for agency orders follows our standard terms — 50% with the order and 50% before despatch — with arrangements confirmed at account set-up.
Samples for pitches. We can send dummy samples of your chosen style from previous jobs to present to a client before the order is confirmed; these contain no working memory chip. A bespoke printed sample of a standard style is not available, though a custom-moulded shape can be sampled for a fee.
Artwork retention. Client artwork and approved proofs are stored securely for up to five years after the last order, so repeat orders need only a quantity and a date.
Multi-address delivery. Campaigns that ship to several offices, stores or event venues can be split across multiple delivery addresses within one order, charged at £10 plus VAT per location per 10kg.
