Our lowest minimum on selected USB drives and power banks starts from just 10 units. The widely available Standard Service starts from 50 pieces, and all fully custom drives and power banks start from 100 pieces. Your account manager can confirm the minimum for your chosen style.

Yes, on request we will send a fully branded sample of your chosen USB style. These are dummy, non-functional samples that show how each model looks and feels. They are ideal if you are still deciding which style suits you best.

Once you receive your invoice you can pay via the SagePay link at the bottom of it, by bank or wire transfer, or by card over the phone. Just call your account manager with your card details to pay that way. Payment is confirmed before dispatch.

Yes, if you have a genuine like-for-like quote and a competitor is cheaper, we guarantee to match or beat it. The quote must match on USB style, quantity, capacity and turnaround. Simply send it to your dedicated account manager.

A visual proof is a brand mock-up of your design on your chosen USB, so you know exactly what you are ordering before bulk production. Attach your logo to a no-obligation quote and our design team will send a mock-up alongside it. There is no obligation to proceed.

What branding and printing methods can you offer?

We offer screen printing, epoxy dome resin printing, pad printing, digital UV print, foil printing and laser engraving. Not every method works on every product, so the best option depends on your chosen style. Ask your account manager for advice on what suits your design.

At present we do not offer printed photos. We are looking into it for the future as an optional extra. For now, branding covers logos and artwork via our standard print methods.

Send your data to your account manager via WeTransfer or Dropbox. We can preload files onto your drives, and can partition or write-protect content so it cannot be deleted. This is ideal for presentations, catalogues or media you want to share.

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders we produce. Working with DHL Express, we ship free to more than 220 countries, and can offer same-day delivery on UK orders for an additional fee. Your account manager can confirm timings for your destination.

Not to everywhere, as power banks are classed as dangerous goods and some countries will not accept delivery of them. Whether we can ship to a particular country depends on local rules. Please check with your account manager for your specific destination.
